Reiki Level I Energy Work

DESCRIPTION: A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness and not just for an illness. For a better description, please see "Techniques Offered" or "Reiki Level 1".

NEW Kids Chair Massage

DESCRIPTION: So you've got the kids eating healthier, spending time outdoors, and exercising more - great! What about introducing them to the health benefits of massage as well? Chair massage is the best way to do this because there is no disrobing and sittying up feels less vulnerable. See "Techniques Offered" for more information.

(IMPORTANT NOTE: All minors will require a permission form signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of the massage therapist and a valid ID.)

Children ages 5 - 12: $7.00 per each 15-minute increment

Youth ages 13 - 17: $10.00 per each 15-minute increment

(Session times can be booked for 15, 30, or 45 minutes.)
