- 6 Month Payment Plan – applies to the 6-Month Contract agreement in which the client guarantees at least three (3) 60 or 90-minute appointments in a contiguous 12 month period and does not exceed the maximum balance of $900.00.
- 12 Month Payment Plan – applies to the 12-Month Contract agreement in which the client guarantees at least four (4) 60 or 90-minute appointments in a contiguous 12 month period and does not exceed the maximum balance of $900.00.
